Booking on a SCIO Training course

Once you've found the course you are looking for, click for

This form will go directly to SCIO Training.

Booking manually (offline)

Request a booking form from SCIO Training, or use the form attached to the regular ebulletin.

• Email the booking form to SCIO Training on the email address shown (or use the online booking form)
• Fax the booking form to 01785 60 66 69.
  Telephone 01785 60 66 70 if you want to confirm our receipt of your fax.
• Post to SDVS, 131-141 North Walls, Stafford, ST16 3AD.

You have my booking! Now what?

Once we receive your form, we will contact you nearer to the training course date with full details of the course, including venue, access, curriculum, any prior requirements for your attendance and an invoice to your organisation.
Please pay the invoice as soon as possible.
Your place on the course is not guaranteed until SDVS receive your payment.

In the event of the course being cancelled or the date changed, you will receive a full refund, or you can transfer your payment to the re-arranged course.

Cancellation Policy:

Any cancellation after time of booking but prior to 14 days before the workshop will incur a £10 cancellation fee, if a substitute delegate is not provided.
If you cancel within 14 days of the workshop, the original attendance fee will be forfeited, unless a substitute is provided.
